Shipping Info: Orders are packed and typically shipped within 1-3 days. Shipping does not happen on weekends, so if you order from Friday evening until Monday morning, your order will not be processed until Monday.

Delivery is by the US Postal System (USPS) for Domestic and International shipments.

Return Policy: We do accept returns on defective merchandise and exchanges on unopened merchandise. To place a return or exchange , you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you received the wrong item it can be sent back and it will be replaced with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs.

All music sales are final. We do not accept used merchandise.

To place a return or exchange, send an email notification to mailorder@sunseasky.com outlining your concerns and return the item(s) with the enclosed packing slip, and we will process the exchange for you.
