Lawrence, KS based Sentient deliver blow after crushing blow of dense, massive, and textured post-rock. Sentient has gone through many mutations since the band's inception in 2004. James Sizelove and Troy Richardson are well-known for their work in previous acts Jumbo's Killcrane, Filthy Jim, and Lafayette. The addition of Mike Quillin (ex-Theta) on vocals, paired with the band's penchant for hardcore/metal/prog, have, without question, helped Sentient forge a sound uniquely their own.
